Karen McNair Ministries also known as KMM, is a nonprofit organization whose overall mission is to develop, inspire, and mentor women. Karen McNair, along with her team is dedicated to meeting the spiritual, mental, emotional, and social needs of all women. KMM is very passionate about the impact mentoring/coaching have on the lives of  individuals, communities, and organizations.

 

Since 1998, Karen McNair Ministries, formally known as Women in Fellowship, has served well over

1500 women across the nation, who now are inspiring and transforming lives around them.
